Gold Snow Melt Systems Dealership
$15,000.00 USD
A non-refundable deposit of $2,500.00 is required to hold
dealership and start web site; $7,500.00 is required on or
before 6-30-2004***, and the balance of $5,000.00 on or before
7-15-2004.
Platinum Snow Melt Systems Master
Dealership
$100,000.00 USD
A non-refundable deposit of $15,000.00 is required to hold
dealership and start web site design. Additional payments are as
follows:
$15,000.00 on or before 7-01-2004
$20,000.00 on or before 5-01-2005
$50,000.00*** as products are ordered over the first two years
*** No inventory will ship until payment has been made.
All payments to be made via Check or Wire transfer, payment made
via credit cards are subject to an additional 3% premium.
Terms and Policies
TERMS: All major credit cards are gladly accepted. Credit
limits are the discretion of the Snow Melt Systems, Inc (SMS).
Credit accounts will be established on a Net 30 basis upon the
submission to, and approval of, the SMS credit application.
Higher credit limits will be considered upon submission of
additional credit information as requested by the Snow Melt
Systems, Inc. Open account privileges will be maintained for
those customers whose payments are received by the Snow Melt
Systems, Inc within 30 days of the respective invoice/shipping
date. Invoices are past due after 31 days. If an account is not
kept current we reserve the right to take actions such as, but
not limited to: denial of credit, requiring prepayment of
orders, imposing credit limits or instigating bill collection by
a third party.
All exports must be paid via wire transfer of letter of credit
before shipment of the product or service.
All Payments are to be in US Dollars.
MINIMUM ORDER: Our minimum order amount is $1000.00 for
all credit sales $25.00 minimum on all credit card sales. All
credit card orders over $1,000.00 will be subjected to a 3%
premium.
FREIGHT POLICY: All shipments are F.O.B. Carson City, NV
or Lake Hopatcong, NJ Shipping charges are pre-paid and added
unless other arrangements are made by customer prior to
shipment.
DROP SHIPMENTS or COD SHIPMENTS: We will gladly drop ship
directly to your customer. Please email of fax us an invoice to
include in the box. COD shipments will only be made to a dealer,
not directly to your customer. The additional charge for either
of these services is $10.00.
RETURNED GOODS: No materials will be accepted for return
after 30 days. Any Materials returned must be a standard
and non-custom. Goods must be returned freight prepaid
We are unable to accept electric cables or electrical products
for return once the package(s) have been opened. Cut to size
cables and Mineral Insulated Snow Melt Cables are not
returnable.
To return merchandise, contact our sales staff for an RA number.
Please note RA number on outside of return carton. Any materials
accepted for return will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
LIMITED WARRANTY: Snow Melt Systems, Inc warrants its
products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
The exclusive remedy for defective materials or workmanship is
limited to replacement of defective products returned to Snow
Melt Systems, Inc within:
Snow Melt Mats: 7 year after invoice date.
THERMWIRE™ Roof & Gutter Cable: 7 years after
invoice date.
Mineral Insulated Snow Melt Cables: 10 years
after invoice date.
Thermcontrol™: 2 year after invoice date.
Other control systems: 2 yr after invoice
date.
All other Products: 180 days after invoice
date.
Products produced by other manufactures will
be warranty in accordance with their terms.
NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS IS
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. There are no warranties which extend
beyond the description on the face hereof. Snow Melt System, Inc
is not liable for consequential or other damages or for any
expense incurred through the use of its products.
