2. SMS will design and approve any direct
mail pieces.
3. All web pages must be hosted by SMS. You have the option of
showing the retail price or no pricing at all. The Web site will
include a domain name, two standard web pages developed by SMS
and one custom page about your company. Additional pages can be
added at an hourly or quoted price.
4. For rebates or credit on advertising you must submit a copy
of the advertising and a paid invoice along with a canceled
check. (Dealers inside the USA must have the advertising placed
by SMS; you will be billed against your advertising allowance.
Additional advertising and marketing costs above your allowance
will be billed when advertising space is reserved.
5. Marketing brochures, and or marketing materials will be
billed against you advertising and marketing allowance, please
refer to price list for cost of these items.
6. The hosting after the first year will be billed to you
quarterly at the rate of $145.00 USD. Additional email address
(in groups of 5) re available at the rate of $18.00 USD per
quarter. Custom web page work will be billed at a rate of
$120.00 per hour or you may request a lump sum quote prior to
the start of the work.
7. Web sites outside of the USA may elect to have a web site
with a shopping cart. The web site may only sell the product in
its local currency and not in US Dollars; the product cannot be
exported outside your territory. The web site must be approved
or designed by SMS.
